Pull Through 100x5x5
24" Box Jumps BWx5x5
Elevated SLDL 135x5x5
All sets performed with around 45 seconds rest between complexes, i.f I would perform all movements back to back then rest for 45 seconds and proceed....fun stuff....NEXT up is ME Bench Deload
