06/21 SE Squat

11" Box Squat (Form Work) 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 365x3
Free Squat (Form Work) 365xbunch of singles, lost count, then finished with 315x3x3
Rev Hyper 50x4x8
Ab Crap
Leg Curls

Decided at the last second to do some form work and see how the groin-a-roo felt in the hole. Very similar to the DL where i have apparently lost alot of pop out of there, this shit sucks!!! Pretty boring workout really then again form work usually is, its always the same, stay tight, keep arched, elbows forward, etc...so on that note, adios amigos................

I was wondering when you would post again. I think you said your Suit is now to tight to deadlift in? Is that still the case? Just wondering if that would solve some of the "pop" issue on meet day.

When i tried the suit (the bigger of the two i have) i had a hard time getting my hips down, and there would be no way i could with the tighter suit...i am hoping that with no heavy pulling between now and then, and only having two more days of speed pulls, it will heal enough to allow me to pull a decent weight, if not who cares, i aint getting paid anyway right?....but some day i will, cuz im nice and dog-gone it people like me!!

I pulled it striper fishing off of a rock jetty in Newburyport MA (Plum Island), the jetty is made up of VW Beetle size square rocks and separates the mouth of the merimack from the ocean . The tide had just gone down so me and my buddy went out on the jetty as you can catch some bigger fish out there and i ended up slipping and falling about 4 feet onto another rock, hurt my right shoulder as well......not good but i will heal......
