04/07 ME Squat-Oops!!

Regular Squat 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1
Put on suit 505x1

Well this sucker got cut short as i tweaked my back on the 505, i forgot to do the latch on my belt. The pain wasnt that bad when it happened but my lower back is pretty frigin tight now, its fine when im sitting still but when i walk, ugh!!! needless to say i will do some recuperative things tonight to help rid the tightness...thats its for now.....

yeah, be careful with that back or you might find yourself in my situation.
455 is an awesome raw squat! what is your bodyweight these days? best raw squat I ever did was 365@200...

Im hoping its just a muscle strain, its eems like it....John, my weight is fluctuating between 200 and 205, depends on how much coffee i drink that day, i plan on putting in some extra workouts for the Abs and Low Back as i suspect
weak Abs, coupled with not fastening the lever on my lever belt with the strain. all should be fine.
