Not the best night, but it was to be expected after yesterday. My back was cramping up like a mother on the pressing due to yesterdays PR deadlift!!! Anyway, next week is a deload and I am looking forward to it. Not sure what I'm gonna do, but I am going to do some GPP shit for sure....thats it for today....l8r
